Porch light stays on

Can't figure why but on my 2014 Wildcat Max 5th wheel the amber led porch light stays on even with the switch in the off position. I pulled both wires off the back of the switch and the light stays on. Used to work ok now I don't know what's going on. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you by chance have a remote that works that light?

You know by chance I do and when I gave it some more thought I used it to turn the light off. I've noticed when I use the remote for the light or landing gear the hard switches are disabled for a period of time. Live and learn I guess. Thanks for the reply you were right on.

Yup, learned that with our old travel trailer. Couldn't figure out for the life of me why in the world the switch wouldn't turn off the porch light... Interesting how they are configured but always great when it's a simple fix!! Happy Campin!!
