Rear Landing Jacks

Hi folks,
Nice to meet all of you. We are newbies with our FR Wildcat 312 BHX 2016. We are from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and camping in New York (Letchworth State Park) and when we pulled in our rear stabilizer jacks failed to work. I crawled under the rig and noticed that both motors are turning but the screw bars are not moving and it appears that the jack nuts look stripped on both sides? Is this a common problem? How to fix. I am at least two hours from a service center and don't mind trying to fix things myself. We really appreciate your thoughts.
Best Regards,
Fred and Brenda Castello

Fred, have Barbara push the 'extend' button while you gently pry down on one of the legs with a tire iron. The legs may have retracted up above the jack screw threads? It's worth a shot.
