How do we find out if there are any recalls on our rig?

This maybe a place to start, but far from reliable. Forest River was recently slapped with a huge fine for failure to report and/or provide notice...try Google search as well as component specific searches.

Looks to me like FR may have learned their lesson. Just got a "RECALL" for potentially defective lug studs on certain Wildcat models with axles manufactured in the Spring of 2015. Fortunately, my Wildcat was outside the dates of the defective hubs/studs, however, it may be a reflection of the new attitude of FR on recall notifications.

For now, perhaps, but don’t count on it long term or at all of they can ignore/turn a blind eye. Of the 44 million in fines, over 30 of it is to be paid if they don’t correct their issues.

$30 mil if they don't correct their issues? You'd have to be a company ran by idiots to ignore that situation! And I don't in any way think that FS is ran by idiots. Perhaps not focused on what I would focus on if I had a say. That, however, doesn't make them idiots, misguided perhaps, but not idiots!
