Slide not level

Maiden voyage with 2008 28 RKBS. When the unit is level, and i open the slides, the table is low on the outside edge by almost 1 1/2 inches. Kitchen counter shows level. Seems like slide goes out level , but just as it reaches max extension.... It drops. What's up?

YEP! We noticed the same thing with our slide. There are adjusters that can move the slide up - take it back to your dealer and have them re-adjust your slide so it is level.

We are having slide problems also and that is one of them. This needs to be addressed.

When we were at GOshen, the Techs came by and worked on our dining slide for @ a hour "getting it right"

The problem according to the tech is all the weight this slide has to support. Even without folks sitting at the table, it has the entertainment system, furnace, table, chairs and the constant addition & subtraction of weight as people come and go at the table.

Because of this the Techs think that this is a issue that will have to be addressed on a annual basis (readjustment) - OK something we will have on our standing repair list for Goshen

When you set the trailer put the bubble so its a little out of level so the slide side is just a little high. When you put the slide out the trailer will be level and so will the slide. As to the when the slide goes out it drops they all do from what I was told here.
