Sliding Windows

I have a 2012 Wildcat Sterling & the sliding windows are very hard to open. What is the best why to free them up ?

Different camper,but X2 on better sliding question ? I was thinking something like pledge,in the track.but don't know. We'll see what worked best for others, hopefully.

I used some spray silicone on the track inside. Freed them up a lot.

X2 on the silicone lube. I sprayed some on a rag and applied it to the tracks.
