STERLING 32RL Weight Capacity question

Is there anyway that the GVWR can be increased on this model ? Appears once you start adding up the weight of water and waste tanks, there isn't much extra weight allowance for all your gear as well.
We are looking to buy a 5th to go full time RVing - doing more what we call 'freedom' camping here in NZ, so wanting to be quite self sufficient. This Sterling looks like a nice option.
Would be good to hear from anyone who has one of these 5ths, and how they find it.

Wildcat Sterling Edition Model 32RL
Dry Hitch Weight 1,755 lb. (796 kg )
Dry Ship Weight 10,254 lb. (4,651 kg )
GVWR 12,155 lb. (5,513 kg )
Cargo Carrying Capacity 1,901 lb. (862 kg )
Exterior Length 34 ft. 8 in. (10.6 m)
Exterior Height 12 ft. 4 in. (3.8 m)
Exterior Width 96 in. (2.4 m)
Fresh Water Capacity 50 gal. (189 L)
Gray Water Capacity 100 gal. (379 L)
Black Water Capacity 50 gal. (189 L)
Awning Size 18 ft. (5.5 m)

You need more than 1,900 lbs. cargo carrying capacity? A full fresh tank will weigh 416.5 lbs. (although many people don't regularly travel with a 100% full fresh tank), leaving you with 1483.5 lbs. for storage. Please post back about your specific needs (and concerns) and I'll try to help.

Is "freedom camping" like boondocking/dry camping (sometimes referred to as primitive camping, although once Corian countertops, flatscreen TVs, and luxury mattresses are involved, I have a hard time calling it that)?
