Thermostat?

Duo-therm model #3107612-008. Rv is a 2007 Wildcat F29 5th wheel. not sure if the thermostat is bad. Furnace will not kick on at all. AC unit will click when I put it to cool and that is all. No heat and no air. All I get is a click. Doesn't matter what temp I set it to either. no combinations work i.e.- cool/fan on/hi, cool/auto/hi, heat/fan on/l. Have checked breakers and flipped them multiple times. Checked all fuses and checked every outlet including GFCI-all good

These stats need 12 volt to operate if you have a multimeter pull off the main cover test between red and black for 12 volt if it is there most likely bad thermostat. If not look for fuse that is bad may not be in converter area but near batteries. Might consider upgrading to digital stat many post on how to do this using a hunter digital thermostat
