This one puzzles me?

My son has a 2010 21' Rockwood Mini. We winterized it on Sunday and I was impressed with the Winterizing Hose Connection on the outside of the trailer. This connection allows a standard hose to be connected and the cut end of a 4' hose (cut from an old hose) when placed in a gal jug of antifreeze, draw the solution into the system. There is, of course, a valve to turn in the pump area which switches the suction from the fresh water tank to the Winterizing Hose Connection.
Now the reason this "puzzles me" is not that this exists and works perfectly. No, I'm puzzled because my 2016, 33' RKX Wildcat MAXX, which cost twice as much as his Rockwood, does not have this feature. There is absolutely no provision for getting antifreeze into the system other that adding 2-3 gal to the fresh water tank OR, disconnecting the inlet hose from the fresh water tank to the water pump and attaching a home made replacement hose that can then be run to a gal jug of antifreeze.
I mean, give me a break, this can't be a $25 (parts/labor/overhead) accessory if installed during the production phase. This is my second Wildcat Maxx and the first one was void of this connector also. So, after owning 2 Wildcat Maxx TT's during the past 3 years, I've found the first thing that really puzzles and disappoints me!!!

Mine is not a Wildcat but I have seen several similar setups to above from the factory located at the out feed end of the water pump. mine is under the kitchen cabinets.

Most of what I've seen may have a selector valve at the inlet to the water pump with a piece of vinyl tubing attached which goes into the AF jug

X2, as my 2011 Flagstaff came with the clear hose in a cabinet drawer. You have to access the water pump in mine thru a fake cabinet door underneath the television.

You may have to the bypass valve, but it is just not as easily accessible. Look at the input to the physical water pump ( might be behind a panel).

Thanks folks--believe me I have looked, I even replaced the faulty water pump a year ago. There is no valve, no hose, nothing on or near the pump! I know, unbelievable but true, thus my disappointment!!!!

This "Kit" will reduce your Suction input by over 50%! This will Only effect Members who run on "Pump"! The Valve diverter reduces flow from "Tank and A/F" position! Here are Pics! Any Pump suction side is "Larger than the Output side" Except when using this Valve Kit! Youroo!!

Works fine here. Been on my Wildcat for years. Plenty of flow for the toilet and all. Pump cycles on and off just like normal. That tells me it has enough flow if while the water is on the pump shuts on and off.

I purchased a new Rockwood Ultra Lite earlier this year and was excited to see the antifreeze connector on the outside rear of the TT. My friend helps me winterize my TT every year and this will be both of our first time using a direct connect for winterizing. Any tips on how to use the connector efficiently?
