not all adapters have 4 allen screws . mine is attached with 1 screw and a lock nut, I would never use red locktite, because I remove mine, if i left it on and wanted to remove in the future I would use blue locktite. the other screws in the picture are holding on 1/4 plate aluminum that keeps the adapter from moving side to side
