Unlevel Slide

Hi All,

We picked up our 2015 282 RKX in May and have had two good trips in it so far.

During the PDI, though, I noticed the slide floor is noticeably unlevel, even when the rest of the RV is level. It's very noticeable, and I asked about it, but basically got blown off.

I'd like to have someone take a look at it, but I don't really trust the service department where I bought it (they did some other half-assed repairs during the PDI, plus they're about 1.5 hours away). Another concern is that I've read about people who said having it adjusted only made things worse, possibly in other ways.

My question is: Is this something I should skip the dealers and work directly with the factory? Also, is there a way to get a list of authorized warranty repair shops from Forest River? I have a recommendation from someone I trust, but I want to know if they are able to do warranty work.

Thanks!
Matt
