Water in light fixture

I've found water in the hall light fixture of my 2016 327RE. It's caused the LED bulb to to lose some its light. The roof was just inspected as part of my annual inspection. Any ideas? Dealer is two hours away.

Have YOU inspected the roof lately. If you are unable to get up there, do you know anyone you trust to inspect it for you?
That would be the first place I would check.

While if there is water in a light fixture it has to come from the roof I would think. Thinking just like in a house water comes inside from the roof travels down the trusses leaks into the electrical box the light is attached to. As for the dealer inspection I would call them and see what they say. Two hours away tha causes problems. That is the reason I have decided not to get the fiver I was looking at and decided on a pull behind.

We had a cracked shower skylight exterior bubble in our 5ver.

Once under the membrane the water traveled all sorts of places. So it may not be the "roof" that's leaking, but a skylight, vent, whatever.

If you paid the dealer for a roof inspection and you have water in the light fixture, they either DID NOT do what they were paid to do or did a very poor job of it. If you have the physical ability I would access the roof pronto and find out where the water is coming in, document it and then get a refund from the dealer. Water coming through the roof (or any other exterior point) on an RV is never a good thing.

It's rained a number of times since first posting and there is no water or anything coming from that fixture again. The light fixture has stopped working though.
