Lost my fresh water tank today. How does that happen? What’re does one do to replace it. It’s a 2015 337fb wildcat

lost like fell out while driving? lots of threads about bent support arms and driving with full tanks. I opt to drive full some times but have been lucky so far. You should be able to use your unit and not have to worry about things like that.

I've heard of the water tank being full can break the tank supports.

I'm guessing that is what happened...

I try to only carry a 1/2 tank or less of water and if I need more I'll try to get it somewhere near the campground!

A full tank of water can weigh anywhere from 350 to 800 pounds!

Think about that sloshing around and what that can do under your RV...

When we got to our destination the tank Was gone. Only wires and hoses hanging down

This almost happened to our 2015 275CKX wildcat. I noticed that there was a bulge under the camper. So I took off the sheet of plastic and it looked like the tank buckled in the middle. I contacted forest river and they sent me a new tank free of charge. When I went to put it in I seen the supports were not tight up against the tank so I relocated them so they were tight and added strapping from one corner to the other corner of the tank. Now I know it will stay in place. Seems like the old saying is true. If you want something done right do it yourself.

Here's one place that has the tanks. RV Water Tanks

There are several places that sell the tanks. Just search for RV water tanks and you'll find plenty.

You'll need to measure the area that the tank fits in and get one that will fit.
Your unit had 60 gallons of fresh water capacity, so it probably had a 52 or 53 gallon tank. (Yeah they count the water heater tank and everything else as fresh water capacity.)

My guess is not near as many dry camp as camp in a FH CG or RV park.
