My last two stays at Buccaneer State Park I have been bombarded from their relentless little gnats that are more like flying piranhas. Have they kept you indoors at all on your visit?

May I suggest taking home some pizza from Brooklyn pizza in Waveland

Maybe you can stay longer!!
Thanks for the idea Scott, but we actually made the appointment yesterday while enroute here. It was based on a referral to the doctor from the local VA clinic so I was happy to get in so soon.

It is the sort of thing that cannot be handled over the phone.

The Gnats are still here but we eat inside a screen room so no issues there, and when Im drinking outside I dont' care

Love the Pizza suggestion if they are operating now. Just in case I brought a pre cooked rack of Baby Back Ribs. Also have along some Shrimp and Crawfish stuffed Eggplants (Tonight being Friday), Lamb Chops and some Cajun Sausage stuffed Pork chops.

As of this moment the fewer people we interface with the happier we are. Im sure yawl will understand

Our weekend getaway. Mayberry RV Park in Mount Airy, NC. We have a premium site overlooking much of the CG. Surprisingly there are a lot of one nighters here. They arrive late afternoon and leave in the AM. Lots of out of state folks I guess working on getting home.

Pretty site! We have a reservation there for 2 nights the beginning of July. The plan is to go to the Zoo and see the Panda Bears. If the zoo is not yet open then, we’ll skip it.

Buck Creek RV Park, Marion, NC. We will be here 6 nights. Rained hard and all night last night. But, we are camping and not locked down in the house.

I agree!

Didn’t realize how bad it was sagging until after I looked at the picture.

Another few nights at Buck Creek CG near Marion, NC. I did get in a few RC plane flights in between the many rain storms.

First trip of the year. We spent the weekend by Gould, CO. Great weather, just a little rain, but it kept the dust down.Click image for larger version

Fancy Gap, VA at the KOA. Will be here 7 nights. Mostly sunny, warm during the day and cool at night. Perfect!
