Wildcat 395RSX OVER RANGE EXHAUST

First time user of forum first weekend out with new Wildcat. 395 RSX great weekend. One little problem cannot open the little exhaust vent on the out side that exhaust cooking fumes from the stove has two little tab but my what direction to go they are not like like what I had on my past Elkridge they just tutned. Any help would be appreciated.

Push up on the tabs and out. Mine are so tight I have to use a screwdriver to pry them open. And,Welcome! Glad you're here.
