Wildcat "adjustable" suspension question

I am looking at a 2013 Wildcat 323QB 5th wheel in the description it lists adjustable suspension as a feature. How much adjustment is there? Secondly I am being told by the dealer that doing so could void the warranty. I found it odd the warranty could be voided if you used a feature bulit into the unit. Reason I ask is i have a 3 inch lift in my truck and want to be assured the proper rail clearance. Alot of the new GMC's I see on the road sit close to my height right out of the factory my bedrail height is just about 60" with the truck empty.
