Wildcat Fifth Wheel Warranty work

Does anyone know where to get warranty work done on a Wildcat Fifth Wheel around the Knoxville area...tried at Northgate RV in Alcoa and they just about told me to go somewhere else because they were trying to service their customers. We bought this great fifth wheel in Lansing MI because of the great price we got but now don't know where to get it serviced around here. Anyone?

I believe Buddy Greg RV in Knoxville is a dealer. They are on Snyder RD which is off Campbell Station. Visit www.buddygregg.com and give them a call to make sure.

It's to bad but sometimes that happens when your unit isn't bought local.
They have the right to put you on the end of the list .
Even though it shouldn't be that way it happens.
What's really sad is dealer may have lost a future customer since he did that to you!

I sure hope I can take it there because I don't know where else to go. And you are right Northgate might have lost a potential customer. I was willing to wait but he sounded like he'd rather I didn't so I said what are you trying to say, I should go somewhere else and he said yes. The reason I didn't buy from them in the first place is I wasn't aware they sold the Wildcat. I did talk to someone at Buddy Gregg when I was looking to buy and they said they couldn't match the price I got in MI. Anyway I'll call Buddy Gregg on Mon. Thanks for your support, Sharon
