Wildcat Maxx

I am a Newbie. Taking delivery of a 2017 Wildcat Maxx 255RLX TT in about a week. Anyone on the Forum have one of these? If so I would be interested to hear of their experiences with it, particularly issues, etc. that I should watch for. Thanks.

I have a Wildcat MAXX 28RKX so it's not the exact unit you are buying. I've owned 2 MAXX trailers and after owning 12 different RV's I feel these trailers are an excellent value for the money. Are they perfect? NO! Are they well built with good quality amenities? YES.
I think every trailer that leaves any factory is an individual and assuming they are well built like the MAXX, it's difficult to predict which problems, and there will be some, will "popup". We've been very pleased with our 2 MAXX units and moved on from the first unit simply because we wanted 2 recliners in addition to a couch and our 24RG only had the couch.
Please feel free to send me a PM if you wish to discuss anything related to these trailers. All the best with your new MAXX!

Wildcat Maxx

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated. Both interesting and encouraging. May have occasion to pulse you again once I pick the unit up and "work my way through it". Will get it next Friday in the Portland, OR area and bring it back to Reno, NV. Will be interesting to see how she does coming over the Sierras.
Thanks again.

I'm also a Wildcat Maxx Newbie

I will pick up my 28RKX this week. I've been looking at the Wildcat Maxx line for many months and we finally made the decision to buy one. It makes me wonder how your first summer with your Maxx went.

I'll just say that we have spent 240 nights in our MAXX in the past 2 years as well as traveling +14,000 miles. We absolutely LUV it and have have had only a
few minor problems/issues. Certainly a lot less issues than we experienced with any of our 3 class A diesel pushers which cost many times over what we paid for the MAXX!

Thanks! I shared your reply with my wife last night. I hope I can share something similar in a couple of years.
