X's 2 Did you try and adjust the brass bell at one end of the slide it looks from the picture that your not dropping flush into the plastic pan that evens the floor. That is what picks up the outside of the slide and evens it out. If your two floors are even then you might have a real problem like something being bent, but by the pictures it looks like it is not raising even.

Brass bell? They only adjustments I see are under the slide, nuts and bolts
