How does the inside of the slider look? Does the frame of the slider set equal distance all the way to the inside wall? This would be where the gasket seal snugs up. If there gaps along the wall this would be where to start.

It is tight at the top against the wall to a 3/4" gap at the bottom both sides.

Sounds like the cylinder is not extending fully or your cylinder adjustment is off check and see if back cylinder nut has backed off and not pushing the slide out fully check the manual for this adjustment it shows how it should be. On page 16 of the PDF file.

There is 4" between nuts but the nut that pushes out has a jam nut next to it, and real rusty so I doubt it backed loose. But if I wedge something between the nuts and the bracket when extending it just bends the bracket out and doesn't push the slide out anymore

Also may want to check under slide at seal where floor drops down for something caught in that area you might be able to see that better if you pull in slide slightly as it lifts the floor up to clear other floor possibly it has dragged the bottom seal into that area and is causing your problem.

On mine in the corners were the carpet covers it is a plastic wear piece to let it lift over and drop into floor. Is it possible that the plastic is broken and is jamming the slide. I could see that as a possibility.

Check the rack and gear along each side on the bottom. There may be something jammed in the gear track preventing a full extension.

Not sure it's a lippert slide out, it doesn't look exactly like the pictures in the lippert manual onetonford posted. And the hydraulic pump says dewald on it

Boy that is different than mine from what I have read on their pdf file it is kept square by two cables. I guess it is possibly a bad cable or pulley. I noticed it also has two rollers at the end of the slide that the slide lowers down into the floor so I would also think could be a bad roller. This is the manual I found for it. http://support.powergearus.com/techd...ideout_Sys.pdf

Sorry I saw them in another manual. Now I can't find it but it was the same brand.

The slide is straight now, I adjusted the nuts on the hydraulic ram to push out about another inch and it sits level and against the wall now. But how did it get out of adjustment that far it's a steel slide frame with a hydraulic ram?????

Might want to check the tubing you said was flexing. One tube on mine did that and would allow it to jump a tooth or two.

Herk7779 gave me lippert field fix. Push the stud on top of the rail down and grind a slot in a washer to keep it tight. Should be able to find on forum. Was summer of last year. I made over$300 for 2 service calls without getting it fixed. There is a lot of good information here.
