Thanks everybody. I've tried resetting both breakers/fuses mounted on the frame. Checked the fuse straight off the battery. Checked all the fuses and breakers inside the converter. I even checked all the fuses mounted under the fridge behind a panel. All checks out fine. The crazy thing is that as of a few days ago, all is working and I did nothing other than unplug from shore power to check to see if my batteries were charged. Every since then its worked perfect, even when i plug back in to shore power. It's crazy. Has to be some kind of bad connection somewhere causing it to intermittently not work.

Found a loose negative wire inside a wire nut that is located inside the junction box at the front of the camper. I undid the wire nut and rewrapped the wires to where they all made contact. It was a bad job of wiring the wires in the nut from factory. Thanks for all the input to lead me in the right direction.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know what you found.

I redid all the electrical connections that I could get to when we got our unit, and like you, I found some poorly made connections in the junction box, as well as other places.
