2003 Wildwood F27 - 5th wheel - Unable to find info or brochure

Hello all--

Looked at this unit yesterday and am seriously interested. I can't seem to find any information on it on this forum or elsewhere. The decals near entry door indicate F27. I would like to find a 2003 brochure that contains specs. I was able to find GVWR and UVW inside a cabinet door, but would like to get other specs as well.

NADA does not show an F27? Googled and came up with nothing.

Jsy added......I believe it may be an: F27RLSS - West Coast model

Any assistance would be appreciated,
Thanks

hitch/pin weight

Would like to know hitch/pin weight?

Called FR and the said it was 850# as dry hitch weight. Seems very low to me.

It is a center kitchen, real living room. Could this be why it is only 850# dry?

GVWR: 11,010
UVW: 7180
water: 381 (46 gallons)
Propane: 58 (13 gallons)

Using wayback.org site (which I love for finding old information), I got some links from 2003 and Wildwood. See if this helps:

Forest River - RV

and here is a brochure from off of the site, using the download brochure link on the right hand side of the page above:

I see a F272SS in it, but it doesn't match your description.

Hope this helps you out.

Ok, playing on the wayback site, I checked 2004, as trailer models tend to stay the same for many years. I did find a 27RLSS there on the east coast models and there is also a LE model, both in the brochure below:

Fantastic! Thank you so much for this find. Very helpful.

Just called the seller about two hours ago to tell him I wanted it only to find out it sold earlier today

Really liked it because it had twin beds up top. Don't think I'll find another one with twin beds for quite some time.

Bummer. If you are negotiating with a dealership, and not an individual, don't be surprised if you don't get a call tomorrow and the deal mysteriously fell thru with the buyer.........and it's your lucky day. This seems to oddly happen a lot, especially if there was any price haggling.
