2007 Wildwood LE 19BH Roofing type

Took the TT out for our annual "dry-run" to make sure everything was working prior to the start of our yearly extended trips(usually one-day it in a local RV park with full hook-ups to make sure everything is working and to add any new gadgety-gizmo's than came out over the last couple months).

As we were replacing the normal "little stuff" that deteriorates as a result of outside (uncovered) in Florida, the Bathroom fan started making a bad noise and pretty much ate itself.

When I went up on the roof, I accidently put my hand on the vent cover (assume blackwater vent?) and that crumbled in my hands too (sunlight deterioration?).

In any event ...all releatively easy fixes, but I want to seal around the repairs/new installation. So question is, how do I identify the roof type in order to get the proper sealant/coating?

If there is a recommended sealant?, I'm inclined to just coat/seal the entire roof while I'm up there.

The covering piece I exposed around the vent seems to be rubber with a felt backing???

You can go and try some Tremco Global Sealants to coat or seal the entire roof. If you can search on the Google you can see it in the first place.
