2015 wildwood x-lite 262bhxl

Super excited for delivery of our new trailer in a few days, 2015 Wildwood X-lite 262bhxl!!! We had an amazing experience at the dealership, Dreamchasers in Burlington, WA. Love that we are able to support a locally owned business rather than a much to large unfriendly dealership.

Who else has this coach?

Who has added or have had the dealership add gas/spring struts to the doors? We see this being a potential problem with placement of the power awning. Maybe doors (entry and bathroom) should have been put on the other way..

I have the same unit and have had no issues with the doors and power awning. So far we have only added screen door handles so the kiddo would stop pushing out the screen.

Be careful with the rear of the unit, they seem to sit pretty low and I have bottomed out a lot. The last impact bent up the rear support things. I've considered doing an axle flip to help out

ID:	62656We live in the northwest so there's different layouts. The one were looking at has the u-shaped counters in the kitchen and as you can see from the picture how close the door is to the awning. According to FR website and the layout according to where we live the awning is supposed to be on the other side of the window.

What kind of issues? We have just purchased a 261bhxl 2015 but will only take possession next spring. You are making me nervous with your "list" of issues...

Sorry to make you nervous!! New or used trailers will have things that need adjusting and fixed it will happen. For our model which has a slide unlike the 261 which doesn't, the slide needs adjusting, the ladder to the bunks was put on backwards, the plastic blind clips that hold the blinds on the bottom were put on uneven/to high so the blinds don't even fit into them, the bathroom pipe fitting leaking small amount of water from the pee trap, both entry doors need adjusting (both will close and lock properly but need a little force to completely close), one of the adjustable legs on the power awning needs to be looked at (if we want to keep one side of the awning down opposite to the main entrance door it does not stay down it slowly slides back up).

Just purchased the Wildwood X Lite 231RBXL On Sunday. When we were looking at TT we thought only the more expensive units were the way to go. I'm hoping that we don't have many problems with this, wont know until next season as everything is closed up here.
