2017 Wildwood 261 BHXL [Problems]

Took delivery last week from Holman RV in Batavia Ohio.
Took it out this past weekend and found a few issues .
The rear stabilizer jack motor quit working .
The plumbing under the tub wasn't connected.. so all of my shower water ended up collecting in the underbelly...
Hopefully there isn't any serious damage.

The floor didn't show any signs of moisture..
I'm not sure really what all is underneath.. wet insulation probably isn't a good thing

I've had mine 2 1/2 weeks, and I've already fixed a leak in the kitchen sink drain, the mechanism that raises the TV antenna fell apart, and now I need to trouble shoot not being able to get signal from shore cable to TV. I'm not surprised at all.

RVs are just kits with the final stage of assembly done by the user. If you think differently you are in for a surprise.

We bought a 261bhxl in 2015. My salesman prepared me to be patient and persistent with warranty work. I found a sense of humor helpful. I had recurrent leaks for a year before final fix. I kept roof covered while waiting for repairs. Also bought a dehumidifier. Final fix was complete reseal of front roof seam. Reseal front hatch. Had both switches replaced for stab jacks. New ignitor panel for fridge. Wall switch rewired. A/C unit was replaced while still on the lot. Hubs cleaned for brake grabbing. Love the trailer now.
