It was a fuse in his main panel on the converter. It is in entertainment cabinet. Access is blocked when slide is closed.

To original poster I recommend you learn how to manually open the slide. It most likely requires a ratchet and socket.

I have a 2017 wildwood 28 rlds and have the same problem. Have to go under trailer with drill and socket to open slide. Would like to know why it blows fuse? If red lite in panel is on fuse is blown. Could it be slide is not adjusted right? Thanks for replies !

Five years later, this thread has been very helpful. I also have a 2017 Wildwood with no slide-outs and no remote. My situation is that the only thing that doesn't work is the tongue jack, but everything else works. There is no inline fuse between the battery box and the fuse box and all the fuses in the fuse box are ok. There is a gray oblong fuse labeled-"Automatic 12/24V DC 20 amp that is inside the toggle enclosure for the tongue control (on/off toggle) and the motor toggle. I believe either that fuse is bad or the switch is bad. I will have to wait until Tuesday to find out since the RV store is closed for Labor Day 2022.
