26TBSS Slide out maintenance

I have a 2011 26 TBSS, is there any maintenance on the slide that I should be doing such as lubrication, I am aware of the caulk around the seals but should I be lubricating the gears or anything?

I spray this stuff on the gears/rails a few times a year. One can lasts forever.

I just had to recaulk around the seam where the outside wall and the sides/top meet. Last trip out, we had a little leak In the front outside corner. Nothing major, but the floor was a little damp when we caked up after a week.
