Howdy. I just traded in my sandpiper for a Heritage Glen 276RLIS. I found out today that most of the rv's out there have the same key on the baggage compartments. Anyway I want to buy new locks and I was wondering if anyone knows what size they are. 7/8"? Can't get over to the storage lot for a few days to check them.
Just changed all of mine, 7/8's is what Forest River uses. I assume you've already done the change out! For sure makes you feel a little more secure, I know it did for us... well sorta. The doors are flimsy, a friend of ours had aluminum sheeting cut to match his doors and added it to the backside of them, lite and strong now. We may do ours this way, it was cheap and makes them way more secure.
