I've done some searching previously and didn't see a clear answer but are there any new best Nest type thermostats that can be installed in my travel trailer without doing any sort of additional wiring changes ?

Most home furnace/AC thermostats (including the nest, I checked) run on 24 V power. I think the RV thermostat is also 24V but you should confirm this.

You might lose some functionality such as the high/low fan speed...
