Congrats, that is the model I wanted! Wife liked the 31bkis just a little more so we went with her first choice.

Discovered the first issue today.
After some heavy rain today, I found wet carpet under the couch in the slide.

I believe this was the issue, a bad caulking job.
Actually, all 3 slides looked this way.

I re-caulked all of them myself.

Hello MarkyB

We bought the same model this past March.

I will be checking the edges of my slides when I get it back out next weekend!

Have you had other issues? I've found several now.

For your bathroom - does the sink have the crossbars in the drain? They cut mine out when they installed the sink, so I have to totally remove the stopper or it won't drain.
I'm trying to get this into a service center to fix this and other issues.

No other build defects.
I think the rear stabilizer jacks are too far forward, there is too much bounce in the bunk room.
I have some BAL Lockarms to install to brace up the rear some.

My "cross bars" are gone in my 2016 27rkss too. Have to take stopper out to use the sink...

Now I'm going back to looking for my 10mm wrench! 2016 Wildwood 27RKSS

I had a *small* issue that popped up this weekend. Someone informed me that it was "raining" underneath the trailer - upon inspection I found the pipe leading from the shower trap to the grey tank drain was pretty poorly fabricated (barely any purchase of pipe inserted). I repaired it today with some large vinyl hose and some clamps. Pain in the rear to repair through that little 5x8 inch hole underneath the shower!
