356QB TV Sizing

We just closed on our house (yay!!!) and are starting to go room by room getting rid of stuff that won't fit in new 356QB. The item the wife and kiddos are most sad about is getting rid of the big TVs. I'd like to keep them if possible but I can't find any info online or through our dealer on what TVs will fit where.

Has anyone changed out the TV in the living area? If so what is the max size that will fit in that space?

What size will fit in bunk house spot? Thinking of moving the living area TV it comes with into bunk house area.

What size TV will the master bedroom swing arm accept?

We currently have at 58", 48", and 43" flat screens

Thanks

We full time in a 356QB and I'll be happy to measure anything you want. I will need specifics of exactly how to measure for a tv as we are a one tv family and are happy with whatever size came in the living room and have no intentions of installing any other tv's.

There are no specs or manuals for ANY RV so...measure the space you have for a tv (length and width) forget the diagonal measurement

Then go online and search for tv that fits inside those dimensions. They always have length and width in the specs

Thanks!! I will get the measurements of the TVs I have.

samwlee has the right idea. Just length and height of the area would be perfect.

I would like to know what size tv can fit on the arm in the master bedroom as well. I want to get the largest size that I can. We pick up our 2018 356QB a week from today!

I was thinking the same thing. Not use the swing arm at all and just put it up on the dresser.

The pictures are the master bedroom swing arm. Max tv size will depend on which mounting holes you end up using. The TV in the living room is 21 1/4" tall you might be able to get another inch of height but that's about it. Once again it will depend which mounting holes end up getting used. The opening in the kids bedroom is 32"w x 23 1/4"h

Go online like to Best Buy and search the TV set specs within those dimensions. A 22" tv is NOT 22". So go to the details on the listed set for the hight and width dimensions

32" fits perfect in the bunkhouse. We have a 40" in the living room. Not sure if 43" (size u mentioned u have ) will fit. Probably. May have to raise bracket up though. And we have a 19-20" in the bedroom. It's a little small but not by much. (We got it free so I wasn't picky). Pretty sure the bedroom is meant for a 24" though. Hope this helps. Happy Camping/Full Timing

Got the same problem here. We are picking up ours nexts week. I found some 43" that will work in the living room as far as fitting between the cabinets. Looks like the 30 that came with it will fit the bunck. The bedroom is a 24 if you want it to fold up against the wall. I'm going to try and see if i can get a 30" to fit on the stand but I'm not hopefull.

Edit - The TV sizes are estimates made with a tape measure from bottom left corner of the screen itself to the top right corner of the screen itself.

We were able to move the 38" TV it came with into the bunkhouse space (takes a little pushing to get it in there).

We put a 42" on the living room mount. It sits just outside of the cabinet bottom molding (does not sit inside the space, but outside of it) which is fine for us since the trailer is stationary 99.9% of the year. If we were to move it we would have to take it down. If the TV could have mounted a bit lower it would have fit under the cabinets.

In the master bedroom we decided not to use the mount at all and put a 48" directly on the dresser top which completely blocks the window. This was great for us to keep morning sun from waking us up everyday.

Did your 38 come with a stand? They said mine doesn't it has to be wall mounted. I don't think i wall mount it where it goes in the bunk

No i had to order one directly from Jensen. I don't remember the exact part number but you can reference it on their website to your TV model#
