Accessing bypass valve: Wildwood 2014 31KQBTS

I started by checking the area inside that is opposite the water heater access on the outside. Looks like I may need to remove this panel. On another site, a few suggested that the kitchen drawers my allow access. Wondering if there are any on here who have the same model as I do. As always, thanks for your help!
