If you go to the 312qbud owners thread I did a write-up on how I made it work. Kind of hard to explain without pictures. The pictures I took are in that thread on page 2.

If you look in my signature it has the link to the thread just click on it and go to page 2.

Let me know if you have anymore questions and I will help you out!
On the other thread you talk about closing off a vent for more air elsewhere. Was that a complete block off or partial and how big is your ac unit.
Thanks
Mike

I did that in the bedroom and in the bunkhouse room. I have a 13,500btu ac ducted in the roof. If you go to the furthest most round ducts to the front and rear of your trailer and pull out the grill and then stick your hand up there it will make sense. In my trailer the ducting in the roof goes past the very last vent, that is a lot of wasted air being forced to no where.

So I completely sealed those 2 areas off and it helped to increase the amount of air be forced into the trailer. It just makes no sense to have the ducting go to the very front and very back of the trailer and not have a vent there to expel the air.

Hope that helps?

I think I get it, Block it off before it goes to no where.

I have done a similar installation on my cabinet. I drilled a hole in the rear corner
of the cabinet shelf and installed a computer cable cutout. I stood the receiver on it's side and installed an ActionTec wireless HDMI system for the bedroom tv, that works great. Thanks for your help.

How far back does it go?(if you can tell) Can a person put something to fill in that void? Guess I should be able to look in to that. Sorry.
Thanks again
Mike

It goes back as far as I could reach. I just chose to block it off. I suppose a guy could put some insulation there or something similar.

Great call jg. Small roll of insulation from Home depot and packed the void and taped in a deflector. If I can figure out how to post a picture i'll put them up

Block off half of the register that blows on the kitchen cabinet. Now all air will go toward dinette.
