Awning light control for x-lite

Hey everyone, last year we bought a used 2018 Wildwood X-lite, it has an LED strip light under the awning but we didn't get a remote for it. I didn't see any other way to control it without a remote and its stuck on blue. I'd like to be able to change the color, does anyone know where I can order a replacement remote? Thanks in advance and awesome site by the way!

Some LED strips are only one color, are you sure that yours can be changed?

Actually I'm not sure if it can be changed, I guess I kind of assumed. Blue is not really a good color for an awning light lol but I guess i will have to figure out how to check if its multi color or not. Thank you!

Mine has the remote. Look on the right side of the awning and look for a small black wire about an inch or so hanging down. That is the receiver wire. Mine works to change color and all that stuff but you have to be near the receiver wire. If you have the wire then yes you should have the remote. If not you should be able to get a remote from the dealer.

I ended up ordering a new LED controller with remote on amazon for like 6 bucks. Really easy to install, pretty much plug and play. Thanks for the replies!

What Controller did you buy?

Can you link to the controller you bought? Does the remote work from anywhere outside the trailer. The one that came with my trailer you have to be right near the receiver.

Here's the link to the one I installed, You do have to be pretty close to the sensor to control it but im sure you can buy somthing a little more expensive and maybe get some more distance.
