Awning on our wildwood 31qbts

Help please! we have had our travel trailer for about a month (haven't moved it from the campsite yet) and have been having problems the stabilizers broke the first day we had the trailer (they are being replaced) but the most worrisome part is that last week our awning stopped working thankfully it was closed. But we then realized none I the outside electrical stuff is operating( the hitch, the stabilizers, the outlets). I called the service and they said to check for a fuse box under the hitch but I can't seem to figure out what I need to be looking for does anyone know where it might be?? I think I will be looking for the closest service person to come out and fix it but I want to make sure it's not something simple first :/

The only fuse I know of is off the battery. Follow the red cable from the battery, there should be a single fuse. I'm a newb too so that's all I can offer.

Had the same problem. The fuse should be resettable. Located under the trailer, just behind the front. Ours had two fuses each have two terminals, roughly 1" square. On the side of the fuse there should be a button to reset.
