bought a 97 wildwood.. couple leak questions

Ok i believe this is a 37 footer.. anywho there is a small drip drip leak on the celing.. on one of the seam strips.. im wondering if that would be because of a leak around one of the fixtures on the roof...

Also.. the slideout has like a 3 or 4 inch piece of trim around it.. and it seems as though there is water geting into the wall some how.. any ideas on how i can get this stopped.. like a good explination lol because i have not gotten to know this trailer that well yet... thanks in advance
