Contacting Forest River / Wildwood
I have a new 2010 Wildwood T25KS Travel Trailer. The entire package of owners manuals / warranty registration forms were lost by the dealer. They have attempted to get me replacement manuals for everything and so far almost everything has been registered for warranty purposes. That is except the Dometic AC unit. I can't find the model number / serial number anywhere. I contacted Dometic and they told me where to look but nothing was there. I would think that the manufacturer of the trailer, Forest River in Dallas Oregon would have the serial numbers of each item they put in a particular trailer if for nothing else, recall purposes.. Does anyone have a list of contacts or email addresses for Forest River in Dallas Oregon? I called the number on their web page but no one answered...

Try Gary Myers (574.534.4058). You will probably have to leave a message - but he will contact you. Really the best way for your first contact is by email: gmyers@forestriverinc.com. Either way, include at least the last SEVEN characters of your rig's VIN for reference for him. This man seems to be what all customer contact reps should be: knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, easy to work with, and above all, POSITIVE. Not to mention quick to respond.
