cranking the slide

Hi all...I own an '03 Wildwood 26FLS---haven't had the problem arise, but IF the slide won't retract electrically, how can I manually get it in since there is no exterior hole for a crank handle (and no crank either, I might add!). I did have to have the room adjusted this Fall--it was cockeyed in the opening and the dealer said it was from road stress in wood frame TTs..it still is not plumb but I don't think it was when I bought it 2 yrs. ago either, but this has led me to worry a bit since I am a 70 yr. old lady doing all the towing and maintenance...this is the first slide unit I have owned in 25 yrs. (16 campers!)and I love the floorplan--best I have seen! Also, do any of you know what the REAL height is with roof AC included--I have no printed info on this unit.. Thanks for any help..Janalee
