Not a big trailer, but perfect for the two of us.

We took it to Somerville state park in Texas to break it in.

Towed well, easy to set up. Had a little fun getting level across the axles. Never quite got it right, but it was livable.

Performed very well for the first time out.

What he said^^^!!

We went from a tent camper when I was a kid, to a Starcraft popup, and I thought it was a palace. If it meets your needs, it's perfect. With size, comes a whole plethora of additional issues. I love the KISS principle, and apply it to as much as I can.

Agreed! Camper life is a definite step up! This layout is very comfortable for its size.

Thanks for the comments.

We just graduated from a truck tent to a Wildwood xlite185rb. It's a beautiful dry palace! Last yr we were at a Cajun and zydeco festival and it rained so hard the first day, we couldn't even put the tent up. We had to sleep in the cab. That was it.

No problems at all. Very comfortable on the road. Even in some windy conditions. I would recommend a weight distribution hitch if you weren't already thinking that way.

Thanks. We do have a wdh that was handed down from my bro in law. It's an EAZ Pro Ultra with an anti-sway bar so it should be good. Still need to learn how to set it up etc. Never towed before lol

Looks like a great setup. Here is my thoughts on it, if you are happy with your RV we are happy for you. It's all about relaxing and having a nice time

Does the truck have a tow package? Extra cooling for the trans, and a brake control help a lot. Keep in mind you have a lot of weight behind you so allow extra space on the road. It also helps to go to an empty parking lot with lots of space around and practice with your new TT. Practice backing up, turning etc... Until you get comfortable with the load behind you. Just from my experience.

Yea my f150 has the max tow pkg with brake controller extra trans. cooling, tow mirrors and 157" wheelbase. I will def. need to set up some cones in a parking lot and practice lol.

We video taped our tech guy hooking our TT up to our Ram truck. I'm hoping we can figure it out next week when we leave for a music festival.
