Some options or even some things you may think are part of what the factory equips them with are actually things the individual dealers do. So they will be differences even on same year models.

I have a 2013. My tanks went dry and now I cannot get gas to my oven or water heater. Any ideas before I break down and have a pro look at it?

Sometimes the safety valves trips when opening the propane tank valve, close the valve(s) wait a minute or so then open one very slowly. Another thing is the lines to your appliances now have air in them and it can take a while for the propane to purge the line out so start with a burner on the stove get a burner going then the other appliances.

Ok, so we know your getting a gas flow, the only thing I can think of is air in those sections of lines and to keep trying until the gas works it's way through.

Ok. I ran the gas on Pilot for about an hour. Are there different lines to the oven and the burners?

Everything is fed from the one line from the propane tank, it should not take an hour be careful with this you could cause a fire/explosion by running the gas that long. Could you smell gas when running the pilot? Is there someone you can get over there to check it? Are you pressing the knob in in the pilot lighting position when trying to light the pilot?

I am pushing the button in to turn it to pilot but not while I am in there trying to light it. We are on the road, so I think I will wash dishes in cold water until I get back to S Cal and have a pro look at it. This was very weird, it was working fine then it wasn't. Thanks
