Front left corner separation

What does anyone recommend for repairs on this. 2014 Wildwood Xlite

I can't tell for sure but it looks like that's think metal that was just held on with caulking original. If that's the case I'd see if there is anything behind it and add a couple self drilling screws. If it's not just a aluminum skirting material, it will require a shop i think. The caulking only lasts a couple to few years so carefully scrape it out. Clean surface with acetone or similar product and we-caulk.
All in my opinion of course

Thanks. That's all I was looking for. A couple of opinions on how to repair it.
