Furnace - AC Fan has to Run?

Hi, we recently upgraded with a 2018 Wildwood 31KQBTS. For the most part, so far, so good. In our first weekend in it, it got cold enough that we had to run the furnace. I was able to get heat coming through the floor vents, but not without having the AC Fan on as well.

Is this by design as a safety feature to keep air moving or am I doing something wrong? While the air coming out of the ceiling/AC vents isn't cold/conditioned, it does blow air down on us when we are sleeping that isn't warm (warm air does still come up from the floor)

In our previous camper, we could run the heat by itself with just the furnace running and pushing air through the floor vents.

Thanks in advance!
Greg

Make sure the thermostat fan setting is set to auto. this should fix the fan running with furnace.

Hope this helps Tim
