One More Time Around: Wolf Pup - Generator
Tell me more about this. It's got a remote start? How big is it?

ID:	148850 amazon, everything but the remote, apparently what I've gotten so far from the company as they don't make a remote for this size generator only the smaller ones

Wrong, that's 12,000 Watt divided between two hot legs plus neutral and ground.

Edit: 120 Volt and 50 Amp per leg.

Here is what I would do, buy a 2000 Watt Honda or Yamaha inverter that can be run in pairs (several others fit the bill also - google is your friend) and buy the 2nd unit if or when needed. Saves you from breaking your back and is much more fuel efficient.

I like the idea of smaller generators, but over $2000.
Champion makes 2000 watt stackables, so 2 of them for less than a $1000.

Here is the Champion 3400 remote start for around $900.

There is also, Harbor Freight has the Predator 3500 inverter generator, that you get 2 of them and the parallel kit, and have 7000 watt system.

Will Harbor Freight honor their 20% coupon on a generator?

According to the small print, 20% off 1 Item only, cannot be part of the any other sale or item listed .... and the Predator is one of listed item!!!

So no you can not use the 20% off coupon!

I have the champion 3400 ,, runs off gas or propane. Not too loud and runs my 13,500 btu ac plus lights, tv, water pump, DVD player with no problems. Love it and half the cost of hondas and yamahas.

Thinking about going with this system:
2 of these generators at $399 per.
1 splitter at $49.

$850 pre-tax. Thoughts?
I own a Wildwood 261BHXL.
Thanks for everyone's help...
