Help - need info

Help my husbby & I bought a 2002 wildwood f36 IN Jan. and can't get any contact from Forest River to get IInfo about it. We need info about everything, appliances, heater;which currently doesn't work, air. Any info no matter how little will be a help. We can't eve find a listing on NADA.
