Heritage Glen 302FK
We purchased a 2014 Salem 27RKSS TT last year, that we have enjoyed.
Looking at maybe upgrading to a 2015 Heritage Glen 302FK TT.
DW likes the large bedroom, and @ over 6', I like the king bed and the recliners. We also like the large front kitchen. I do have some concerns, maybe someone here can answer. Unit we are looking at has an outdoor kitchen. Sales person says the front grey tank is just for the outdoor sink, other two sinks and shower go into the rear grey tank. Is this correct? Doesn't make sense to have a large tank for one small sink. Our Salem has a galley tank for the kitchen & another grey tank for shower & vanity. Can anybody explain why the front grey tank has a separate sewer hook-up, and does not tie in to the other grey & black tanks? Another concern is, with the front kitchen, and water heater at very rear of trailer, seems like allot of water going into grey tank while waiting for hot water at kitchen sink. Has this been an issue for anyone?
Any opinions, likes, dislikes or problems with this model would be appreciated.
Dealer "End of Year" asking price $29,000. From what I've seen on line seems like a fair price. What are others paying?
Know we'll take a big hit on trade in, so want to find out as much as possible about this model.
