Heritage Glen external tv mount

Getting ready to hopefully pick our 2016 HG 272RLS Saturday. I know it has a external tv mount built into the slide wall by the kitchen.

Does the mount for the back of the TV come with the unit? If not, where you can pick one up at? Been looking on the net and have not seen one that would seem to fit the one built into the unit wall.

We have a 2016 Hemisphere 302FK with an external tv mount ours does I'm sure yours does to. I believe Heritage Glen and Salem Hemisphere are sister RVs

In our Salem Hemisphere the TV and scissor mount lifts off the interior wall and fits right into the holder by the outside kitchen. The mount stays attached to the tv.

Ahhh...that makes since. Most likely will still have to get a second tv though.

Probably would have found that out during the walk through. Trying to be proactive and have everything ready.

Probably not. I only learned by asking the same question you did. It only takes 5 minutes to move from inside to outside. We watch NASCAR outside while sitting next to a nice fire.

Sounds like our group. We have about 6 families that camp together. All with external TV's. Depending on time of year, we will have NASCAR, baseball, hockey, football, basketball all on at the same time...lol

How do you like your Hemisphere so far? Wife and I searched for a long time and this was the only model/floor plan we both liked.

We love it. The only issue we have is that the electric awning motor has a dead spot in it. I have to manually extend the awning a few inches before the motor will work. I plan on taking the motor off this weekend for a look. For two people our layout is perfect. Hope you have as much fun with your unit as we do.

We have a Heritage Glen 302FK travel trailer and just absolutely LOVE it!!! We practically want to live in it The floor plan is exactly the same as the Hemisphere 302FK travel trailer, just slightly different materials and colors. The dealership where we bought our HG TT from doesn't carry Hemisphere. Our TT already had the TV mount built outside under the large living room window. We could take the TV from inside and slide it on outside, but we don't do that. Instead, we bought another TV and put it on the table.

My HG has a keyhole shaped mount outside. The only problem is that the mount on the inside TV does not match it. So, I cannot take the TV off the mount inside and transfer it to outside.
Bummer. I wish I could find the correct mount for the outside keyhole.

Do a search for a Ramco tv mount. They have them on Amazon. That is for the key hole mount.

I originally wanted the rear kitchen but the wife loved the bedroom slide that came with the 302FK. We have been nothing but happy with it. I loved the idea of the outdoor TV great for football season, funny thing is although we got it last July and went out several times we never once put the TV outside. That's on the bucket list for this season.

Oops! I screwed up. Sorry I was looking it up real quick while working and when I did the search I saw Amazon pop and assumed they had one. Search Ramco engineering and you will find their page. They have the key hole mounts.

It should be on the TV that comes in the TT. I bought a used 2016 HG and it was gone. I found them in 2 places. Ramco is one - https://shop.ramco-eng.com
But it isn't cheap. They came with several styles so check and compare first.

Also Wall-mount World is another place i found them, but the 2 pieces you need ship separately. They still are not cheap.

The HG arrived at the dealership (they brought it in from one of their lots) yesterday, so wife and I took off a little early from work to go check it out. Looking good!

They are going to add the options I wanted and supposedly be ready for pick up Saturday.
