Heritage Glenn -Heated or insulated?

Hi All so we are newbies to TT as we have bought our first one--a 2015 299re limited edition heritage glenn..We love it..been out 2 times so far and have have more trips planned...After reading a few of these blogs we are wondering if our camper has a insulated underbelly or heated underbelly?

thanks for your input on this.

There is a hard plastic covering the length under my Hemisphere and the heat ducts run under the flooring, encased in that void area and heating it up to a degree. Your unit is most likely the same. Your unit is most likely not a 'true' 4 season unit unless it is indicated on the side of the unit and in your camper material.
