Inverter is not working
I disconnected my batteries over the winter, and when I hooked them back up my inverter is not working. It will not turn on even with batteries fully charged. My trailer is a 2018 wildwood 300bh.

Make sure you have the batteries connected correctly its easy to switch them around.

Get out the multi-meter and check for power at input terminals.
Check fuse(s)
If fuses are good, power is present at terminals it's possible the Inverter has given up the ghost.
Does your Inverter have a remote control? Are you ONLY trying to turn it on at the remote if it has one. If so, try the switch that is ON the Inverter.
If you still have the manual for the Inverter check to see if it has a troubleshooting section.
Might also give a call to Mfr's "Help Desk" aka Customer Service number.

Best way to prevent this if one is always removing batteries is to paint around the positive terminals with some red paint or red nail polish. Then do the same on the swaged connectors on the Positive wires.
Color coding of connectors and terminals is the best way to prevent reverse polarity accidents as well as possible battery explosions. If using paint, just keep it off the actual contact surfaces. I used to attach the cables on the boat batteries after carefully cleaning and tightening. Positive terminals and clamps then got a coat of Red spray paint and the negatives a coat of Black spray paint.
Made it easy to sort wires out if batteries were removed.
Another note. Use Bus Bars for connections to battery power with only ONE wire from battery to bus bars. Direct connections to batteries can lead to all kinds of confusion and hair pulling when re-connecting batteries.

I think you mean CONverter, not INverter. Unless your trailer has a residential fridge, it doesn't have a factory INverter.
Does yours have a residential fridge?
All RVs come with converters, few come with inverters.

This was my thought at first until the OP mentioned it wouldn't turn on even with fully charged batteries. For now I'm going to assume he knows one from the other.

When I disconnected them I only removed the positive cables.

Sounds like you've done the basics. If you have a multimeter, suggest you (unplugged) check the voltage AT the battery terminals insuring it is over 12V.
If not...perhaps they're no longer holding a charge. If YES....
Then check the voltage at the DC input terminals of the inverter. Should be the same.
If not...you have a wiring or line fuse issue. if yes...your inverter should be pulled and diagnosed including checking for any internal fuses blown.

how do you know the batteries are fully charged? you only removed the positive cable so the batteries must have been in the trailer all winter.
you need to take a voltage measurement at the battery terminals to verify that they are charged. they may be dead. some inverters have a display on them that shows the incoming voltage level that they are getting. they also have a low voltage cutoff feature with an indicator light. if your inverter will turn on you may be able to get the voltage it sees and whether it is below the cutoff level.
