Leaking Hub

Need help. I have noticed one of the hubs leaking grease. All 4 hubs have grease from factory, whatever brand it is. I have not added any grease. I have towed camper 850 miles since new. Could it be a bad seal on the cap? Could it be grease not thick enough? Is this something I need to be concerned about? Any ideas, solutions would be appreciated.

I put a bead of black RTV around the lip of the cap. No more greasy wheels.
Service manager said they just leak sometimes.

If the grease is breaking down enough to leak out like yours I'd recommend pulling the wheel for inspection and a manual cleaning & a hand repack using a high quality grease. The grease breaking down could mean it's been hot or it seperated and now isn't lubing the bearings. From the factory it may only have a wipe of grease.

Leaking Hub

I pulled mine off and the grease was completely fine. Checked the hubs while traveling, not getting too hot. They just leaked.
I chalk it up to the mating surface between the two not machined smooth enough.

Mine did the same thing took it back to the dealer 3 times. Finally convinced them to replace the grease seals. They finally agreed! No more leaks.
