Leaking Slide

Hello,
I'm having a big problem with our brand new camper and I'm hoping that someone else might be having the same issue to help me.

I have a 2011 22exl and i'm having a problem with my slide leaking.

The water "appears" to be infiltrating through the top, front side slide rail.
It only happens when there is a consistent, steady rain with the slide out. It doesn't happen with the slide in.

When it's leaking and I pull the slide in slightly, I can see water running down from the top rail where it meats the large, padded seal.

It looks like it's coming in from the inside of the rail, but I can't be certain.

The first time it leaked, we had a puddle in the camper covering the entire front end of the camper.

I re-caulked the entire rail and now it's abated, but it hasn't stopped.

I think added a weather strip to fill the channel when the slide was out, but it still didn't stop it.

I've brought it in to the dealer and they just re-caulked everything and sprayed directly with a hose, but the problem seems to be more of a steady, light rain and not a direct spray.

So, I'm wondering if anyone else has had the issue?

Note: It's not the underneath covering that's the problem... water source is the top rail.

Thanks!
Troy
