Light Switch ?

We just purchased a 2012 408 Loft. The dealership could not tell us what one of the light switches is for. As you're standing in the patio doorway, in the hallway to the right is the thermostat and a light switch. The light switch didn't appear to operate anything. Does anyone know what it is for? Any other tips and tricks that we should know about for our 408 Loft? I'm nervous about having it winterized properly, also. So many extras in it. Thanks for your help.

It would help to know what brand, Flagstaff, Rockwood, etc. Then we could move the post to that forum and maybe get an answer. Model number is great, but Forrest River has many brands.

Thank you for your suggestions. This is my first post to the forum...and I guess I"m having difficulty navigating. I have a 2012 Forest River Wildwood Grand Lodge 408 Loft.

Moved this over to the Wildwood section. Hopefully someone that has the same trailer will chime in.

Look up by your awning, to see if there is a plug anywhere there. That is what I found a switch for. Power awning, or patio lights??

It is for the outside step light...except the actual light was missing. Had the light installed and now the switch makes sense. Thanks.
